Let us begin with death

Thinking about the word death, sounds scarry because it is an irreversible step in life where we come to an end. But we die and where do we go? This is a question that has different answers depending on what you're based on. For example if you are on science's side, death is the irreversible termination of biological function, and when you die nothing happens but your body stops working and your "energy" is lost forever. But on the other side, according to religion death is passing to a "better world", depending on how you were on earth (is you were a good person you go to heaven and if you were a bad person you go to hell) and you "live" or pass to eternity, but really no one know because those who are alive haven't experienced, and those who are dead can't tell us how it is to be dead. I'm really not afraid to die, but what I'm afraid of is of the way that I'm gonna die. I just hope that I don't get to suffer in the last moments of my life, and I also hope there's more after death than just stop exsiting in a total way.

  1. I totally agree with this blog. I also think that there many different points of view such as in science and religion. I think that if you really reason reality, the truth is science. I think science is the real one because there are many experiments and proven facts. I think a lot of people specially in Mexico, believe in what realigion says just to be out of preocupations. But remember this is just my opinion.

  2. I agree with what you said, no one can tell us what is it. We know as you said that our biological functions stop, but we dont know any longer, there are many people who assure to have discovered the afterlife and so on, but we don't know for sure as it is not something we can prove, or that any of use can go through and come back. I also believe people use religion to have somekind of peace of mind and don't start a psicosis, but anyways we're going to die someday.

  3. I agree with this blog, I do not know who’s this is, but death is scary even though is irreversible. It is scary until we understand is going to happen. Most of the people in this country believe that they are going to go to a better place, but how do we know. This is why I think

  4. I totally agree with this post. I'm scared about death and I'm also scared about how my last moments of life are going to be in this world. I could say that I believe in the Religious side, I think that after we die, there's going to be a better life to all of us. Great reflection and blog post anonymous!
